Warranwood

Completed in 2011, this project started with a demolition of a stone living room and large (11 metre) fireplace/chimney. Following this, construction of a three-storey stone/stucco extension and massive 95m2 elevated rear decking commenced. Eco Edge Homes also installed new timber floorboards throughout the existing kitchen/entry area.

The site was very steep and the lower level/basement required a 3m “cut” into clay/rock. We poured a slab on ground then another suspended slab above this which acted as the garage floor. The tiled roof was a 48 degree pitch and included 5 dorma windows. The existing driveway was lowered 1500mm and all services to the house were required to be relocated.

Eco Edge Homes were contracted for the landscaping on this job consisting of drainage, fencing and retaining walls and lawn areas.
